Surely I am Goddess blessed
To seek and find a dragon's nest.
A hidden pit of heated sand,
A place for dragon queen to land,
And lay her clutch to keep them warm,
Until her hatchling babes are born.

I will hide and bide my time,
To watch the birth of those sublime
And share the joy of dragon's love,
As they sing and soar above
That hidden pit, of heated sand
In the fabled dragon lands.

I called a dragon, he did come,
With blazing glory like the sun,
Together sung of ancient times
Guessed at riddles, made up rhymes,
But never flew across the sands
To the fabled dragon lands.

I traveled long through arid plain
Worked through the riddles once again,
To find this place of gentle birth,
To know dragons' joy and share their mirth.
Surely I am Goddess blessed
To seek and find a dragon's nest!
