Since I get a lot of junk mail, please use a subject line that will help me differentiate your email from porn/scams/advertisements. I do try to make sure I don't accidentally delete anyone's message.
If you are sending an attachment, do not zip the files otherwise I can't tell if you are sending me an image or a virus, though as a general rule, I don't download attachments unless I have requested one.
Try not to use html in your message if possible, my mail reader doesn't handle it well so it can be annoying to go through a long message of html code. If you don't know how not to use html in your message, don't worry about it. I'll manage, after all, I code my pages by hand so I can read the stuff :)
